£55,000 to £60,000 per annum | Full Time | Day Shifts | Excellent Staff Benefits

A nursing home in the Leven area currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Manager to lead their amazing team of care professionals.

About the Nursing Home Manager role and what the home is offering:

1. A permanent full-time contract

As the Manager, you will be passionate about providing outstanding care, as well as comfortable managing the commercial aspects of running a successful nursing home.

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

1. NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
2. Previous leadership experience in a UK nursing home is essential
3. Good clinical knowledge and understanding
4. You should be able to lead, develop and motivate a team
5. Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
