Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead and manage our reputable nursing home in Kings Lynn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing home management, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a proven track record of ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest level of care for residents.
2. Lead and manage the nursing and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
5. Handle complex issues and troubleshoot problems effectively to maintain smooth operations.
6. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure financial stability and sustainability.
7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
8. Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training and professional development opportunities.
9. Monitor and improve the quality of care provided, focusing on resident satisfaction and well-being.
10. Handle complaints and incidents with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.
11. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

1. Must be a qualified nurse.
2. Proven experience in managing a nursing home or similar healthcare facility.
3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
