My client has a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated Nursing home in the Irvine area. The home, which is large in size, accommodates over 70 beds and is rated at 4's. It caters for the elderly & those living with dementia.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Nurse with active PIN (essential)
2. Experienced Home Manager with at least 2 years of home manager experience within a large Nursing home
3. Excellent clinical & CI knowledge
4. Passionate about care standards & motivational in leadership approach
5. Great communication skills & a resident-focused approach to management
