The Role

Our client is searching for an experienced manager who has worked in a large care home setting. Proven experience turning homes around and improving their CQC reports is important for this role.

The Ideal Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager:

1. Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager, ideally experienced turning homes around also
2. An active NMC pin would be preferred
3. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
4. Financial and budget management experienced
5. Commitment to deliver high quality care that aligns with the homes values and approach to care
6. Comfortable recruiting, managing and organising large amounts of staff
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Registered or previously registered with the CQC
