I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who is currently looking to recruit a Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager for their Dementia home / care home in Cheshire. I am looking for an experienced Home Manager / Nursing Home Manager / Registered Home Manager to manage a beautiful, modern home.

The care home / nursing home offers dementia and nursing care to older people including frail elderly & dementia service users and is currently operating to an excellent standard. The service requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home.
2. Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
3. Oversee compliance with regulations and quality standards.
4. Develop and implement care plans for residents.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Previous home management experience.
2. Solid knowledge of dementia and nursing care.
3. Strong care home management skills.
4. Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting and safeguarding.
5. Commercially aware with strong sales & marketing skills.
6. Strong CQC knowledge.
7. Experience of managing compliant care homes.
8. Dementia experience.
9. Nursing PIN.
