I am working with a fantastic provider to recruit a first-class Home Manager for their luxury & diverse home in the Ellon area.

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will be/have:

1. RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN OR an experienced Nursing home manager
2. Proven track record of good CI grades at least 4's & a record of improving grades, troubleshooter needed!
3. An individual with high care standards, stability on their CV & an 'open door' management style
4. Experienced in reaching financial & business KPI's whilst delivering first-class care with a resident-centred approach

About the home & role:

1. A little over 70 beds, catering for those with dementia & the elderly
2. Located in the Ellon area, close to local amenities & parking on site
3. Recently improved to 3's & looking to return to the glory of 5's!

7. You'll have 24/7 responsibility of this home including recruitment, care inspection lead, staffing, auditing & budgeting
