As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be passionate about providing outstanding care, as well as comfortable managing the commercial aspects of running a successful elderly/dementia nursing home.

What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:

1. NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN, Registered Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Registered Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
2. Previous home manager experience
3. SVQ Level 4 in Care Services Leadership and Management is desirable
4. Good clinical knowledge and understanding
5. You should be able to lead, develop and motivate a team
6. Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
