Job Overview
We’re looking for dedicated, efficient but above all ; hugely caring Nursing Assistants to join our team allowing you the chance to ‘shine brighter’ and take a really positive step in your career.
With a passion for helping others and an ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to caring for our patients, your support and ‘hands on’ work will offer not only our patients a more positive and reassuring hospital stay, but you; great job satisfaction in knowing your dedication and commitment has made a real difference to both your ward but fundamentally the people you’re caring for.
At the heart of the ward, you’ll form a vital part of the team at the forefront of delivering direct care to our patients by communicating effectively and with compassion and assisting them with their personal needs and mobility, supporting with eating and drinking and recording observations. Don’t be daunted by all of this if you’re coming with no care experience as a fully supported training programme will be provided for you.
