We are looking for a Room Leader for our fantastic, unique nursery set in a beautiful Georgian property within its own grounds in the picturesque village of Flax Bourton.
Established in 2010, our nursery offers an extensive outdoor space; perfect for activities such as Forest School. Inside, we have created a wonderful 'home from home' atmosphere where we feel our children can truly develop a sense of self.

As Room Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of your room, take responsibility for the care, well-being and safety of all children and staff, and be approachable for parents and colleagues. You'll also play an active role in the senior management team, help to induct, train, coach, mentor and supervise Nursery Practitioners, and ensure that high standards of care and education are maintained at all times.
