Your Role:
As a Baby Room Leader, you'll lead and inspire your team to provide the highest standard of care and learning for children aged 0-2 years. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating environment that supports each child's development and well-being.

What We're Looking For:

1. Qualified: Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
2. Experienced: Proven experience in a similar role.
3. Passionate: Enthusiastic about child development and early years education.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong team management and organizational skills.
