Job description

This NEW bright, vibrant nursery is looking for a Qualified Nursery Room Leader to join their setting in the HP Buckinghamshire postcode area in the Preschool room.

40 hours a week, 5 days per week, all year round, working either 8am-6pm or 7am-5pm.

The nursery has great links to a local bus route and is easily accessible by car from Aylesbury and surrounding areas.

Salary offered is circa £26,000 pa (depending upon experience and qualifications).

The Candidate for the Nursery Room Leader role must also have:

1. NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3 or higher
2. Experience working as a senior/nursery nurse in the Preschool room, in a nursery setting in the UK, ready for a step up
3. Experience in a Nursery/Early Years setting and been a Practitioner for at least 2 years
4. Solid knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety
5. Solid communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
6. Liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff
7. Passion, empathy, reliability, and good communication skills
