Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (Level 3)
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Contract Type: Contract, ongoing

Are you passionate about early years education? Do you have a caring nature and a love for nurturing young children? We're looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and dynamic team in Hackney!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and development.
2. Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development, in line with the EYFS framework.
3. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment.
4. Observe, assess, and document children's progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
5. Work collaboratively with the team to create a stimulating and nurturing environment.
6. Follow all safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety of all children in your care.

What We're Looking For:

1. Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
2. Experience working in an early years setting.
3. A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Passionate about child development and creating a positive impact on young lives.
6. Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the nursery.
7. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
