The Role

Do you love working with young children? Are you looking for a rewarding role in a supportive nursery where you can help shape their early development? We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join an Ofsted rated Outstanding nursery in Crawley, just outside of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established nursery where you will be responsible for nurturing and supporting the development of children in their early years.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.
2. Plan and implement educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
3. Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
2. Experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
