Nursery Practitioner - Northampton
£13.68-£14.50 per hour
Start: ASAP

The role:
Vision for Education is seeking qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioners to work in a variety of early years settings across Northampton and surrounding areas. We have opportunities for day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent roles to suit your availability and career goals.

Applicants must have proven UK-based experience in nursery or early years settings, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children's development in a safe and nurturing environment.

We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible practitioners who can adapt to different settings, build strong relationships with children and staff, and maintain a positive and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

1. Recent UK-based nursery or early years experience
2. Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
3. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
4. Caring and professional approach
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
