We are looking for qualified Nursery Practitioners (Level 3) for our well-established family-run nursery in Pilrig, Edinburgh.

Responsibilities

As Nursery Practitioner, you’ll contribute to room planning which will include:

  1. Setting up the room for the day ahead
  2. Preparing creative and learning activities for the children
  3. Interacting effectively with children
  4. Liaising professionally with parents and colleagues
  5. Supervising indoor and outdoor play activities
  6. Supervising snack and meal times
Qualifications

If you’re an experienced Nursery Practitioner with an SVQ/HNC in childcare or a BA degree qualification in early years education, this is a great opportunity to develop yourself professionally in an environment that nurtures staff including a thorough induction programme and ongoing training.
