Senior Nursery Leader - Horsham - Immediate Start

As a Senior Nursery Leader, you will:

1. Ensure the safety and welfare of children with strong safeguarding knowledge
2. Implement the EYFS curriculum with a deep understanding of child development
3. Lead and support Room Leaders, ensuring high-quality learning environments
4. Work closely with parents and external partners to help children thrive
5. Maintain a positive, creative, and inspiring atmosphere for children and staff
6. Be an excellent communicator with both children and adults

Minimum Requirements:

1. Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Full & Relevant)
2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Third-in-Charge or Room Leader
3. Passion, leadership skills, and a drive to make a difference!

Monday to Friday - Full-time
