About the role:

1. Implement the EYFS with Confidence: Deliver high-quality care and education, leveraging your Level 3 knowledge to create engaging learning experiences.
2. Design Inspiring Activities: Plan and lead stimulating activities that foster children's development and ignite their curiosity.
3. Cultivate a Safe and Inclusive Space: Create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
4. Collaborate and Connect: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and your dedicated team.
5. Document and Assess: Utilise your observation skills to track children's progress and maintain accurate records.
6. Lead Outdoor Adventures: Facilitate outdoor exploration and play, promoting a love for learning through hands-on experiences.
7. Champion Child Well-being: Ensure the health, safety, and happiness of every child under your care.
8. Contribute to a Smooth Nursery Flow: Assist with meal times and general nursery duties, ensuring a seamless daily routine.

Requirements:

1. Your Level 3 Qualification: A valid Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent is essential.
2. Practical Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Nurse, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse age groups.
3. EYFS: A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and a genuine passion for early years education.
4. Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive within a supportive team.
6. Proactive and Enthusiastic: A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding care.
