Qualified Nursery Nurse - 40 hours per week, 4 days (Monday-Friday)

We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Nursery Nurse to join a warm and welcoming family-run nursery in the Leatherhead area. Due to our client's continued expansion, we're looking for a skilled individual to contribute to our exceptional team and provide outstanding care and education to our children.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Providing high-quality care and education to young children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
2. Planning and implementing engaging and stimulating activities that promote children's learning and development.
3. Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
4. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
5. Observing and assessing children's progress, and maintaining accurate records.
6. Leading and supporting activities, both indoors and outdoors, fostering children's curiosity and love for learning.
7. Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
8. Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery, including meal times and general nursery duties.

What We're Looking For:

1. A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
2. Experience as a Nursery Nurse working with a variety of ages.
3. A genuine passion for working with children and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
7. A commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
8. A driving licence and access to a car (beneficial due to the nursery's location).
