Aspire People are recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner in Marston Green, Birmingham.

Area: Marston Green, Birmingham

Day Rate: £13.36-£16.00 per hour

Hours: Part time and full time hours

Start Date: Immediate

Aspire People are currently seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in the lives of our young learners and will work closely with children to provide a safe and enriching educational experience.

You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, observing and assessing children's progress, and fostering positive relationships with both children and parents.

Essential Requirements:

  1. At least 6 months UK experience in a UK school or nursery setting.

Other Requirements:

  • Level 3 or 2 in Childcare or equivalent - essential
  • DBS on the update service or willing to have a new one processed
  • Paediatric First Aid or willing to undergo a 2-day training course
  • Comfortable with nappies if required
  • Able to provide 2 references, one being from the most recent employer

It is essential you have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and are comfortable working with children aged 0-4, with multiple positions available with immediate start dates.
