Nursery Manager required in Coventry

We are urgently seeking a qualified Nursery Manager for a nursery based in Coventry.

Monday-Thursday - Either 7:30am to 5pm or 8am to 5:30pm.

This nursery is currently looking for the following qualities:

1. Good leadership skills to lead a team such as Babies, toddler and pre-school teams, train and motivate them.
2. Be warm, caring, and confident to be able to build relationships with parents.
3. Organised to do headcount, funding and invoicing, although very automated.

This 4 day week role has a competitive salary and flexible with start and finish times as shown.
