Job description

We are urgently seeking a qualified Nursery Manager for a nursery based in Coventry.

Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday - Either 7:30am to 5pm or 8am to 5:30pm.

Key Qualities Required:

1. Good leadership skills to lead a team such as Babies, Toddler, and Pre-school teams, train and motivate them.
2. Warm, caring, and confident to build relationships with parents.
3. Organised to handle headcount, funding, and invoicing, although very automated.

This 4-day week role has a competitive salary and is flexible with start and finish times as shown.
