Nursery Manager, Marston Moretaine

Our beautiful purpose-built setting in Marston Moretaine is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join the team and oversee the day-to-day running of our very busy nursery. Working a 38 hr week, with great benefits including onsite parking, we are offering a salary of c£42k.

The Marston Nursery is a 101 place Nursery, a lovely purpose-built setting with a fantastic outdoor environment, based in Marston Moretaine, easily accessible on great transport links from Bedford and Milton Keynes. Requirements

As the Nursery Manager you will:

1. Have at least 4 years of working within full day-care Nursery settings.
2. Have managed a nursery setting and ideally have taken a nursery setting through an Ofsted Inspection.
3. Can inspire a team and lead by example.
4. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
5. Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
6. Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
7. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always.
8. Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met.
9. Qualified level 3 or above and at least 6 years' experience of working in a Nursery.
