Nursery Manager, Daventry

We are recruiting for a permanent full-time Nursery Manager based in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

The setting is a medium-sized provision and has a waiting list. The role will initially start with working alongside the Owner/Manager who can then step back.

We are looking for individuals with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality care and learning experiences.

What you can expect from the role:

• £32 - 37k per annum dependent on experience
• Full-time hours would be 40 hours
• Salary for the role will be negotiable depending on the successful candidate’s level of experience and qualifications held, but will be circa £32000 - £37000

Requirements of the Management role in Daventry, Northamptonshire are:

• Either 3 years as a deputy manager or over 1 year current experience as a Nursery Manager
• Minimum of 5 years occupational experience in a nursery setting
• To have held a full and relevant Early Years qualification
• An unrivalled dedication to delivering exceptional childcare
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to implement and manage change

Key responsibilities of the Management role in Daventry, Northamptonshire, include:

• Creating an educational, fun, and diverse environment for children to learn and staff to teach.
• Implementing and ensuring staff adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations
• Managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the nursery
