Position: Nursery Manager - Abingdon (Permanent)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, all year round
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience

About the Role: As the Nursery Manager - Abingdon, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You will lead a passionate team, manage resources effectively, and foster strong relationships with parents and the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support nursery staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety, safeguarding, and EYFS standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and learning within the nursery.
4. Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and promoting the nursery’s values.
5. Monitor the nursery’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to drive excellence.
6. Manage the nursery’s budget and resources efficiently, ensuring financial targets are met.

Who We’re Looking For:

1. A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field, or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a nursery management or senior leadership role.
