Salary: £36,800 per annum
Contract/Hours: Permanent Full Time - 40 hours per week

At Spring Nursery Wellsprings, the team ensure children feel happy and settled, offering a huge variety of activities, opportunities to grow and socialise. The nursery prides itself on creating child-led opportunities for babies and children to learn, develop confidence and have fun providing high-quality childcare.
About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active Nursery Manager to join and lead our team at Spring Wellsprings to provide a safe, caring, fun and stimulating environment. You'll provide the highest standard of leadership and form strong and supportive relationships not only with your team, but also with our parents and children.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery and work to develop, oversee and manage high quality, child-centred provision of early years' education and day care services for children aged from birth to five years. Providing direct management of your team of staff, together you'll promote and establish a working environment where the emotional, physical, social, psychological, developmental and educational well-being of children is paramount.
