Up to £38,000.00 per annum, depending on experience
40 hours per week

Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Manager to be based at our St Albans Fitness and Wellbeing Centre in our Nuffield Health gym.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help run one of the brilliant Nuffy Bear nurseries inside the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re Ofsted registered and we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. As a Nursery Manager, you will:

• Ensure our nursery and its team provide the best possible high-quality care and education
• Champion the health, growth and development of every child in our care
• Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Oversee planning activities and assessments while implementing updates to childcare legislation
• Hold overall responsibility for SEN and Safeguarding
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and achieve revenue targets

Minimum Qualifications:

You’ll need to be qualified with the NNEB, an NVQ Level 3/4, BTEC or BA Hons (or equivalent). You should have experience managing a team and an enhanced DBS check. Crucially, you’re great at communicating with parents, carers, and external professionals.
