What You’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and learning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and engaging them in their child’s development.
• Manage resources, staffing, and budgets to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
• Champion continuous improvement, fostering a culture of professional growth and development within your team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a leadership role within an early years setting.
• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent), with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing the best possible care for children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and health and safety standards.
