About the Role:

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children. You will lead and inspire a team of early years practitioners, manage the curriculum, and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS standards.
  • Lead and support a team of dedicated early years professionals.
  • Develop and implement a high-quality curriculum that fosters children's learning and development.
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children, staff, and families.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and nursery policies efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Level 5 or higher preferred).
  • Previous experience in a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager role.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.
  • Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations, EYFS framework, and safeguarding policies.
