The Role
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager who is ready for a greater challenge. You will be responsible for managing your nursery setting, including:
- Delivering an Early Years curriculum which incorporates Montessori, HighScope, and EYFS
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for parents and children
- Recruiting, developing, and managing a team of up to 12 staff
- Selling the nursery to new parents, including conducting viewings
- Responding to all enquiries, both internal and external, in a timely manner
- Ongoing nursery communications with parents, including weekly newsletters
- Operational planning
- Budgetary management and reporting
- Building excellent relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promoting child welfare and ensuring all safeguarding procedures are followed
- Contributing to the reputation of our clients Nursery Group

What you will bring
- Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager
- NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree, or QTS
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and children's learning and development
- Leadership acumen
- Excellent staff management skills
- Experience in dealing with external organisations
- Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Self-motivation, innovation, and a positive outlook
- Strong planning, budgeting, and organisational skills
- Lots of energy; and above all,
- A passion for delivering amazing educational experiences to children
