We are currently working with a nursery who are looking for a Nursery Manager to join their team in the vibrant city of London, where culture, history, and innovation meet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement educational programs and activities
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Engage with parents and guardians to foster strong relationships and communication

Requirements

• Recognised level 6 qualification or above in Early Childhood Education
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time hours from 8am to 6pm
• Available to start as soon as possible
