The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 74-place nursery, providing effective leadership and ensuring high standards of care and education.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations of the nursery.
2. Lead and support the nursery team.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
4. Develop and implement educational programs.
5. Engage with parents and the community.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in a nursery management role.
2. Strong understanding of early childhood education.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
