Your Role:

1. Lead and manage daily nursery operations
2. Ensure high standards of care and education
3. Support and develop staff to reach their full potential
4. Maintain compliance with all safeguarding and EYFS regulations
5. Build strong relationships with parents, children, and the community

What We're Looking For:

1. Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years
2. Proven leadership experience in a nursery setting (3 years minimum)
3. Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding
4. Excellent communication and organisational skills
5. Passionate about providing outstanding childcare
