As our Nursery Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the children in our care, leading a talented team, and ensuring that our nursery remains a place of excellence.


What You'll Do:
  1. Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals to deliver outstanding care and education.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and learning.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates and engaging them in their child's development.
  4. Manage resources, staffing, and budgets to ensure a smooth, efficient operation.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Ofsted standards.
  6. Champion continuous improvement, fostering a culture of professional growth and development within your team.

What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or in a leadership role within an early years setting.
  2. A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent), with a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  4. A passion for early years education and a commitment to providing the best possible care for children.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  6. Knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding practices, and health and safety standards.
