Nursery Manager

We are working alongside a long-standing and well-established nursery in Hempnall who are looking for the next step in their development!

With this, they are looking to recruit for a new nursery manager who is able to create a safe and stimulating environment to promote learning, whilst maintaining the highest quality of child-centred educational and developmental success.

If you excel in:

1. Leading a team to success and motivating them with a shared sense of drive and passion.
2. Developing and managing the operational framework and standards to ensure smooth and consistent upkeep of the nursery at all times.
3. Monitoring and ensuring all procedures on safeguarding are adhered to whilst liaising with the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
4. Adhering to a planned and organised quality educational provision to meet the pre-determined EYFS regulated statutes.
