Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery to ensure high standards of care and education

• Leading and mentoring a team of early years practitioners

• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements

• Developing strong partnerships with parents and the local community

• Managing budgets, staffing, and nursery policies effectively

• Driving continuous improvement and innovation across the setting

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education (Degree in Early Years/Education desirable)

• Substantial experience in a nursery leadership role

• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding regulations

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
