As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small, dedicated team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, and delivering outstanding childcare. What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a managerial role within Early Years settings is essential.
• Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required for this role.
• Passion: A caring, loving approach to childcare and a passion for spending time outdoors, supporting the nursery's Forest School ethos.
