You MUST hold a full and relevant Early Years and childcare qualification at Level 3 or above.

Looking for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Deputy Unit Manager to work at this amazing setting close to Watford, Hertfordshire. DRIVER PREFERRED. You must have previous Senior/Room Leader experience of 2+ years.

A rural setting with a difference - friendly, and welcoming.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, all year round, working on a shift pattern basis, 40 hours per week, covering 730am-7pm, with 1 hr for lunch.

FANTASTIC SALARY OF UP TO £29,000 PA (LV3). Overtime available too. 9, 9.5 or 10 hour days - flexible depending upon your requirements.

What skills are required for this role?

1. NNEB or a full and relevant Early Education and Childcare qualification (e.g. NVQ/Diploma/BTEC) Level 3 or higher (NOT HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE).
2. Good/Solid knowledge of the UPDATED EYFS, Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
3. Previous nursery experience of working.
4. Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
5. The ability to liaise with and develop good relationships with parents and staff at all levels.
