Your Ideal Background:

  1. Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
  2. Experience: At least 3 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles
  3. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
  4. Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
