Your Ideal Background:
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent)
- Experience: At least 3 years in nursery management, ideally progressing through various roles
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team to foster a positive learning environment
