Academics are working in partnership with a global provider of childcare seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistants to join their nurseries in various locations around Bristol. Full time and part time roles are available!

  9. Frampton Cotterell
  10. Yate

As a Nursery Assistant, you will help to create a fun and nurturing environment, supporting the developmental needs of children aged 4 months to 5 years old in your care. You will work closely with the nursery team to assist in planning activities, ensuring the children's safety, and providing a positive learning experience.

Role Overview
  1. Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
  2. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for children
  3. Support the daily routine, including mealtimes, nap times, and outdoor play
A Great Nursery Assistant Will Have:
  1. Previous experience working with young children such as babysitting, childcare, social care, teaching assistant, etc.
  2. A passion for a career in childcare
  3. A strong understanding of the early years foundation stage (EYFS)
  4. Amazing communication skills
