Nursery Teaching Assistant – Independent School Near Maidstone

Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity? Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a Level 3 or Level 2 Qualified TA to join a beautiful independent school nursery just outside Maidstone.

This is a fantastic chance to support young children in their early years, helping them learn, play, and grow in a nurturing environment.

The Role:

1. Supporting children aged 0-5 in their daily routines
2. Encouraging learning through play and creative activities
3. Assisting with early years development and milestones
4. Providing a warm, safe, and engaging environment

What We’re Looking For:

1. Level 3 or Level 2 qualification in childcare or early years (essential)
2. Passion for working with young children
3. A positive and caring attitude
4. Driving licence is a bonus due to location
