What You'll Be Doing As a Nursery Assistant

• Supporting children's daily routines including mealtimes, toileting, and sleep
• Leading and assisting in play-based learning activities
• Promoting emotional well-being and early development
• Following safeguarding procedures and working closely with nursery staff
• Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families

Requirements For The Nursery Assistant Role

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting (paid or voluntary)
• A warm, reliable and nurturing attitude
• DBS on the update service or willing to apply
