We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Area Manager to oversee multiple nursery settings across Essex & Hertfordshire. The Role:

1. Location: Hybrid role covering nurseries in Essex & Hertfordshire
2. Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience
3. Start Date: ASAP
4. Contract Type: Permanent

As the Nursery Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a number of nurseries, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained. You will provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursery managers, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and creating a positive, engaging environment for both staff and children.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Level 3 in Early Years or higher (essential)
2. 2+ years’ management experience within an early years setting (essential)
3. Strong leadership and people management skills
4. Ability to travel between settings across Essex and Hertfordshire
5. A proactive approach to improving quality and promoting best practices
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and stakeholders
