We're recruiting on behalf of a warm, family-run nursery group based in South London, known for creating vibrant, nurturing environments where children thrive.

They are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee up to 5 nursery settings, supporting quality improvement, operations, and leadership across the group. This full-time, field-based role offers a unique opportunity to make a genuine impact across multiple nurseries.

Key Details:

Location: South London
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: up to £50,000

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support nursery managers to achieve operational excellence and high-quality practice
  2. Drive performance, compliance and Ofsted readiness across all sites
  3. Provide leadership coaching, training and development
  4. Step in as Nursery Manager when required
  5. Act as the Area's Designated Safeguarding Lead and SENCo
About You:
  1. Experienced Nursery Manager (multi-site desirable)
  2. Passionate about quality and team development
  3. Strong EYFS, safeguarding & compliance knowledge
  4. Flexible and confident in a field-based role
