Status : Permanent Part Time

Salary / Hourly rate : PT $66.9895 plus 11.5% superannuation

About the Role :

NCN Health Clinical Services team have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Unit Manager to lead their Theatre team at the Numurkah campus. The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for the effective leadership, management and operations of perioperative services. The position will form part of the management team of NCN Health and is accountable for ensuring perioperative services model of care aligns with the strategic goals of the organisation.

What we are looking for :

  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with 5 years post registration experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in Nursing leadership or management.
  • Evidence of overseeing and managing budgets, including rosters, supplies and other expenses.
  • Evidence of maintaining safety and quality systems within NSQH standards.
  • Post graduate qualifications in Perioperative nursing is highly desirable.
  • Immunity against COVID-19 is highly recommended.
