Position: Nurse Trainer
Location: Purley
Salary: £52,000
Hours: Full Time - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inducting new staff members into the hospital.
  2. Conducting Training Delivery and Needs Assessments.
  3. Overseeing and managing the professional development of staff.
  4. Preparing and providing statistical documentation by creating monthly reports for the Learning and Development Manager.
  5. Ensuring consistency in staff training across multiple sites.
  6. Promoting learning opportunities for all staff members.


Ideal Candidate:

  1. Registered with the NMC / HCPC.
  2. Hold a teaching qualification or equivalent.
  3. Demonstrated leadership skills.
  4. Proficient in the use of PC systems for reporting and documentation.
