Registered Mental Health Nurse RMN £5,000 STARTING BONUS

Pay: £32,760 - £42,073.20/pa (dependant on experience) + £5,000 BONUS

Registered Nurse RMN essential requirements:

1. Valid NMC pin with no restrictions present
2. A minimum of 12 months' experience as a nurse in relevant clinical settings is desirable

Registered Nurse RMN role:

1. 37.5 hours/week - 12 hour shifts (include days, nights, weekends and bank holidays)
2. The role is within a 96-bedded, forensic hospital providing a secure environment consisting of medium, low and open rehabilitation setting for men and women with mental illness and/or personality disorders
3. Assess, plan and deliver nursing care which considers patient choices and wishes, while acting as the patients' named nurse
4. Carry out patient assessments and evaluate their progress accurately
5. Review and Monitor Nursing Care Plans
6. Evaluate and respond to changes in patient conditions as appropriate
7. Maintain a continued level of personal professional development in accordance to preceptorship and revalidation
8. Work in accordance with safeguarding adults and children policies and requirements
9. Ensure the requirements of the Mental Health, Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Standards are met
10. Adhere to Medicine Management policies at all times
