As the Deputy Manager, you will ensure that the level of care provided exceeds professional standards and complies with statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This includes providing specialist support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver an unparalleled empathetic service for resident issues.

This care home is registered for general nursing and dementia nursing residents.
