Accuflex has a great opportunity for a talented and motivated Solicitor (NQ to 5 years PQE) with experience in private client work to join our client, a reputable law firm, in Cumbria. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly legal team, providing tailored legal advice to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Trust Deeds.
- Advising on estate planning, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax.
- Managing probate and administration of estates.
- Providing guidance on charitable trusts and compliance.
- Supporting high-net-worth individuals with investments, taxation, and estate management.
- Assisting clients in setting up offshore trusts and providing investment advice.
Required Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Strong experience in private client law, including estate planning and administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK tax laws related to inheritance and trusts.
