Role: NQ Property Litigation

Salary: £35,000
We, at Simpson Judge, have partnered with a well-established regional law firm who are on the lookout for an NQ with at least one seat's worth of experience in Civil Litigation to join their firm as a property litigation solicitor. This position presents an outstanding opportunity to build a career in property litigation, which will involve a varied caseload while collaborating with a dynamic team in a supportive and cooperative setting.
The role encompasses a range of contentious property issues, such as:
- Disputes between commercial and residential landlords and tenants.
- Claims of adverse possession.
- Conflicts related to boundary lines and the Party Wall Act.
- Issues concerning restrictive covenants and easements.
- Managing intricate cases, providing support to clients that include private individuals and commercial developers, and gaining valuable experience in demanding litigation scenarios, including injunctions and tribunal cases.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience in Property Litigation/Civil Litigation, acquired either during your training contract.
- Candidates with relevant transferable skills and a keen interest in property disputes will also be considered.
- A proactive mindset with commercial awareness and strong negotiation capabilities.
- Proficient in managing deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks.
- Client-oriented with exceptional communication skills.
