With a focus on servicing clients across Central Europe and the UK, this firm offers a truly global reach and the opportunity to work on high-quality, cross-border work. The successful candidate will initially be working on a range of commercial contracts, but with clear career development plans to progress into more corporate law matters over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of commercial contracts and commercial law matters.
• Work closely with senior lawyers to provide legal support across corporate transactions.
• Service clients based in Central Europe and the UK, gaining international exposure.
• Contribute to the growth of a small, dedicated team within a Legal 500 firm.
• Take on a client-facing role, building strong relationships with clients.
• Assist with the transition into corporate law, with long-term training and mentorship in this area.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor (1-3 years PQE) with experience in commercial law.
• Experience working with commercial contracts or related matters.
• Strong interest and motivation to develop into corporate law in the future.
• Excellent communication skills and client management abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Ability to adapt to a small, close-knit team and be proactive in contributing to its success.
